Troubleshoot

  • There are a few reasons your internet may not be working, or is running slower than usual. One of the easiest ways to pinpoint an issue is to call our customer support team.....however, we realize that this may occur after hours, and you may be getting frustrated!

    Depending on the router you have, we have included a few tips to try and get up and running.

  • Issue:

    My Internet isn’t working.

    My Internet is slow.

    My Internet is slow at the same time every day.

    My Internet or LTE light isn’t green.

    Possible Solution:
    Power device off for 10 seconds, then plug back in and wait 5 minutes to connect anything. If you are still having issues, please call support.

  • Issue:

    My Internet isn’t working.

    My Internet is slow.

    My Arrows are red.

    Possible Solution:
    Power device off for 10 minutes, then power back on and wait 10 minutes to connect any devices. If you are still having issues, please call support.

  • Cellular internet is great. However, sometimes it's not. High traffic towers, time of day, and environmental conditions can slow things down. If this persists, give us a call, and we may need to find a better solution for you by switching carriers, or putting you into another piece of hardware. We are here to help, and find the best solution for you.

    If we can’t get you up and running, we understand! Cellular internet is NOT an option for everyone, unfortunately. If you wish to cancel, please call our team during business hours to cancel your service, WE DO NOT accept cancellations through emails, messaging via our Social channels, or through Google My Business. This applies to both the 14 Day Trial, as well as all other cancellations, Please refer to the Terms & Conditions (located in the footer) that you received upon signing for more information regarding refunds.

Product Setup

  • •Attach the power cord. Plug it in, hit the power button, and wait a few minutes for it to connect.

    • Connect the 5G router via Lan port (cable included) or via WIFI.

    • You will have two options for Wifi: Rocker5G and Long-range.

    • Use the first if you are in same room, and the other option if you aren't.

    • SIM card is already activated, and in the router.

    • Depending on your location, you may have AT&T service, or Verizon.

    • APN is pre-set, so no need to do anything.

    • If you want to share your Wifi, hit the WPS button on the front of router, and your lucky friend/family/team member can access too!

    The router will connect to 5G where available, and 4G if it isn't. Please note: Cellular internet is great. However, sometimes it's not.
