You will be sent an email with the following Terms & Conditions to sign and return once you subscribe. Please note that our brand is Powered by RevGen Networks, LLC, and all billing and correspondence comes from the RevGen Networks corporate office and will be noted as such on all documents and credit card statements.

RevGen Networks and its subsidiaries are internet service providers that utilize cellular networks to deliver internet access to customers, with carriers determined by location and availability.

RevGen Networks plans are prepaid and provided with no credit checks or contracts on a month-to-month basis. Plans may be canceled at any time with no penalty, and the equipment is yours. Service will remain active until your next billing date. RevGen Networks reserves the right to suspend or reduce download speeds if customer exceeds purchased data limit, or it is determined that you are in violation of our Fair Use Policy. Your monthly invoice will include a $2.99 Administrative and Regulatory fee, in addition to your monthly data plan charge.

RevGen Networks does not guarantee minimum download speeds, upload speeds, or connectivity due to environmental, network and coverage factors. The speed you receive depends on your proximity to a network tower, along with network congestion, how many devices you have connected, and other factors beyond our control. We will try to get you the correct hardware and plan that will best suit your needs and situation, however, we cannot promise that service will be error free. In certain cases, we may need to replace equipment or update software to keep your service running efficiently, and will notify you using your current contact information when, or if this occurs. There are certain instances where cellular internet may not be a solution due to environmental or network coverage issues.

Customer must provide a correct email address in which to receive communications regarding firmware updates, SIM card replacements, or other internet related communications from RevGen Networks.

RevGen Networks offers a 14 day trial period, during which time the customer may cancel and receive a refund of the full subscription amount and equipment fees, less any activation fee, $2.99 Regulatory Fee, and shipping fees. The 14 Day Trial begins when your payment is taken, NOT when you receive equipment, so we ask that you please test the system as soon as it arrives, so we can help you troubleshoot if necessary ASAP and/or extend your trial time.

You MUST CALL OUR SUPPORT CENTER at 800.274.5308 to CANCEL your service. We do not accept cancellations through our emails or via our online platforms, such as Google My Business or Social channels. Upon completion of this call, you will receive emailed confirmation of your cancellation, and a return shipping label. For security purposes, we will not cancel service unless we speak with the account owner, or we receive legal confirmation that the account owner is not able to present themselves.

Equipment As A Service Program: If you choose to subscribe to our EAAS program (where you pay a monthly Equipment Fee in lieu of purchasing equipment outright), you agree you do not own the hardware/router and agree to return the equipment in it's original packaging, along with all the original parts to RevGen Networks within thirty (30) days of subscription cancellation. If you do not return the hardware, you will be charged the full retail price of the equipment (MSRP). Our Customer Service team will provide a prepaid shipping label to you via email once you have called to cancel. If you do not receive your shipping label, please call us and we will resend.

Any equipment that has been tampered with, disassembled, or modified will not be accepted, and you will be charged the full MSRP replacement cost. Any form of Router Protection is considered null and void if equipment as been tampered with, disassembled, or modified in any way.

We are a pre-paid service. No pro-rated or mid billing cycle refunds. Please call us at 1-800-274-5308 with any questions in regards to this policy. After the trial period, the customer is the owner of all equipment if it has been purchased. Any and all promotional pricing becomes null and void if account payment fails. It is the responsibility of the customer to update expiring forms of payment, or call us to help you update before your billing date. We also ask that your contact information is up to date, as it may be necessary to send notices of equipment upgrades, software upgrades, or system issues from time to time.

Any and all disputes, legal objections and suits will be bound to settle through Arbitration in the state of Texas.
