Activate and Test Quickly:

  • Make sure you set up your router as soon as it arrives to test it.

  • If you are having issues, please call us immediately to troubleshoot.

  • Your trial period starts once the order is placed, NOT once it arrives. If there are shipping issues or other factors that cause your package/testing to be delayed, please call us so we can extend your trial date.

Cancellation Process:

  • To cancel the service, call our Support Center at 800-548-7067.

  • We will need to speak directly with the account owner or be provided legal confirmation if the owner can't be reached.

  • Upon successful cancellation, you'll receive an email confirmation.

  • We will email you a shipping label to send us back your equipment.

  • Please make sure the equipment is returned with all the original parts and packaging.

  • Once we receive the package back, we will issue a refund of the full amount of the equipment charge, and the subscription. The regulatory fee and activation fee are non-refundable.


Trial Period Details:

  • The 14-day trial period starts when payment is processed, not upon equipment receipt.

  • You can cancel within this period for a full refund, excluding activation fee, $2.99 Regulatory Fee, and taxes.

  • Trial period can be extended if necessary, but you will need to call our Support Center.

  • The only way to cancel your subscription (whether during the trial period, or after) is to call our Support Center. We can not take cancellation requests via email or through our social channels.
