My internet is down
There are a few reasons your internet may not be working, or is running slower than usual. One of the easiest ways to pinpoint an issue is to call our customer support team.....however, we realize that this may occur after hours, and you may be getting frustrated!
Depending on the router you have, we have included a few tips to try and get up and running.
LTE200
Issue:
My Internet isn’t working.
My Internet is slow.
My Internet is slow at the same time every day.
My Internet or LTE light isn’t green.
Possible Solution:
Power device off for 10 seconds, then plug back in and wait 5 minutes to connect anything. If you are still having issues, please call support.
eSIM
Issue:
My Internet isn’t working.
My Internet is slow.
My Internet is slow at the same time every day.
My Arrows are red.
Possible Solution:
Power device off for 10 minutes, then power back on and wait 10 minutes to connect any devices. If you are still having issues, please call support.
